SELF-IMAGE STYLE INTENSIVE AGREEMENT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Clothespetals Limited Liability Company (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date of purchase.
By purchasing and participating in the Self-Image Style Intensive, Client agrees to the following terms:
1. SERVICES & DELIVERABLES
Provider agrees to deliver the following services:
• One (1) 90-minute Self-Image Style Intensive Session
• One (1) customized Confidence Recap
• One (1) 30-minute follow-up session (to be scheduled within fourteen (14) days of the initial session unless otherwise agreed)
Client understands that this is a strategic, advisory, and transformation-based service, and not a tangible product or guaranteed outcome.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of this experience is dependent upon their level of participation, honesty, and implementation.
Provider does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased confidence, personal transformation, or external outcomes. Results will vary.
3. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Client is eligible for a full refund if requested within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.
• After forty-eight (48) hours, all payments are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services
• Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited
• Rescheduling requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice
Client agrees to communicate any concerns directly with Provider to allow for resolution prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, concepts, frameworks, language, and methodologies provided during the Self-Image Style Intensive—including but not limited to the Confidence Recap, session structure, and Style Kit—are the exclusive intellectual property of Provider.
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Client may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Teach, replicate, or adapt Provider’s methods for commercial or non-commercial use
• Use any portion of the materials or frameworks to create their own services, content, or programs
Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Provider agrees to keep all personal information shared by Client confidential.
Client agrees not to record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the session without prior written consent from Provider.
6. TESTIMONIALS & USE OF LIKENESS
Client grants Provider permission to use their name, likeness, and/or statements for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and press features.
Provider agrees to present Client in a respectful and professional manner.
If Client prefers anonymity, written notice must be provided prior to the session.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Self-Image Style Intensive.
Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid by Client for the service.
8. NATURE OF SERVICES
Client understands that this service is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. It is a style, self-image, and confidence-based advisory experience.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
10. AGREEMENT
